To those who asked why UTAR finals is harder compared to other universities
Compare these:
1) Past Year
When you study, you will actually do some past years to know if what kind of questions were released at least you have the concept to do it.
But what if the whole format was changed suddenly? Especially when a new lecturer (HOD) was taking the job designing the questions.

2) Lecturers who designed the questions
There are a lot of differences compared to lecturers from Sungai Long (currently includes Setapak and PJ) to Perak Campus.
Business subjects are the worst to be compared. Most of the lecturers will just follow the slides to teach you (which is kinda meaningless)
Consult them? Some would be: no i'm not gonna teach u, go ask google

3) Unexpected open ended questions
One example:
You were attempting suicidal action, does it offence the law?
In your own words, discuss.
If the lecturer doesn't like your explanation, no matter yes or no (offence of law) your answer is still wrong

4) Case study questions
Some lecturers just love to write the case into some passage which requires hell mode critical thinking
If you cant understand the case then you're done
40% gone bye bye

Lastly, don't compare the previous past years to other universities as the pass year papers of UTAR can't be referenced (too much changes for most of the semesters)

Past year is just for practise purposes, shouldn't take it as an assurance to get an A or to pass the examination. After all, only your hard work and determination to work for what you deserved to get matter the most.
